What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name and email address, and if you choose to add them, your company, phone number, application, wavelength range, resolution, quantity and a note on what you need. Nothing else on this site collects information about you unless you send that form.

Who we share it with

When your inquiry asks for a quote, pricing or supply, we may pass the details you sent to a small number of camera manufacturers, distributors and system integrators who can fill the request, so they can contact you directly. That is the purpose of the form.

We pass on only what you sent, only to suppliers that fit your inquiry, and only for that inquiry. We do not sell your details, add you to a marketing list or use your information for anything else afterwards.

If you would rather your inquiry stayed with us, say so in your message and we will handle it ourselves.

Legal basis

For inquirers in the UK or EU, we rely on legitimate interests: you asked to be put in touch with suppliers of SWIR cameras, and passing your request to companies that can supply them is what you asked for. You can object at any time by replying to us.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry as long as we need it to follow up, and delete it when you ask.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to it being passed on. Send a note through the inquiry form marked for the site owner and we will act on it.
